Hi all!
It was my turn to blog on Monday and I totally dropped the ball on that one. So sorry! I was actually on a quick “holiday” to Spain with some wonderful girl friends volunteering and studying in Europe at the moment. One of the many wonderful things about our Wexford parish community is that they are so understanding and have really encouraged us to make the most of our short time on this side of the pond, traveling and seeing more of Europe when we can. I am truly blessed with an equally understanding community of housemates who agreed to let me go for a couple of days. Spain was fantastic and I’m so grateful I had that experience although I do apologize for missing my day to blog!
If I had blogged on Monday I would have told you that we’d be giving two more Confirmation retreats this week to the two schools associated with our parish, Kennedy Park and Scoil Mhuire. I also would have told you that Carolyn’s mom and sister are here this week visiting Ireland for the first time! I won’t steal Jessica’s thunder so you’ll just have to find out how the week went when she blogs tomorrow! Sorry again for the delay!
