Hello and Happy New Year everyone! We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful and blessed Christmas holiday! Teach Bhríde is reunited in Wexford and back operating in Clonard after a great holiday break. Mary and I spent the past two weeks back in the United States with our families, Joy enjoyed some great vacation time with friends in Mayo and in France, and Cameron was able to spend a lot of wonderful time with our friends here in Clonard over the holidays. We’re all thrllled to be back with each other and the Clonard community, and excited to dive back into the ministries that 2014 will bring.
Mary and I arrived back in Wexford on Saturday afternoon, and then all four of us headed to vigil mass that night at Clonard. It was great to be back in fellowship with the Clonard congregation singing and praising God together. After mass, one of our good friends from Vigil Choir helped put on a concert of music entertainment in the church to raise money for the Wexford Able Disabled Club, and Cameron performed in the concert! The night was a great reminder of the fantastic spirit of charity and love that is present in Clonard, and we are all excited to carry that spirit with us as we jump back into ministries in the new year. May peace and God’s blessings be with you all throughout the start of 2014!
Peace,
Ben
